1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across India through our courier and logistics partners. Delivery availability and estimated timelines may vary depending on your pincode and location.

2. Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation, subject to product availability. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your delivery location. Remote or rural pincodes may take slightly longer. These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates — actual delivery can be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and are clearly displayed on the Cart and Checkout pages before you complete payment — there are no hidden charges.

• Current shipping rate: ₹80 per kg (minimum billable weight of 0.5 kg per order)
• An additional Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charge of 1.6% of your order value applies if you choose to pay on delivery
• Choosing to pay online instead of COD avoids the additional COD handling charge

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details with you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can follow your shipment's progress. If you have any questions about your order status, feel free to contact us directly with your order number. You can also check your order status and re-download your invoice anytime at Track Your Order — your invoice serves as proof of purchase and is often needed for delivery-related queries, so we recommend saving it as soon as your order is placed.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address provided, and that your phone number is reachable. If delivery fails after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.
